Okay, so, taking a cue from Alexei, I'm reducing the number of hair recolours that I have to make. In my game, I only use volatile, pyrotechnic, depth charge and dynamite. So I really only [Poll #1793712]
When I remember to do my "go through the files and only keep my favorites", I keep flashpowder, depth charge, brisance, incendeiary, violate (sometimes), explosive, and molotov (for sims that look better in a more maxisy red). :D
The way the poll is looking, I'm probably only going to drop about 5 colours, but in order to make it into families, I'll end up dropping 3 more...brisance won't be, since people seem to like that one.
I voted, but I really like them all. When I play with natural hair colors, I like to have all sorts of different shades. That way if a brown hair dad and a blond hair mom get together and have a baby, I can give the baby a light brown hair that's lighter than dad's and darker than mom's. If that makes any sense at all. :)
No, that makes sense, I used to the exact same thing. But my major goal right now is to keep my downloads folder small, and having only 4 hair colours helps accomplish that :]
I chose Dynamite, Depth Charge, Molotov, and Volatile. (I also use Pyrotechnic too). I love the idea of only doing colors you use, but then I feel guilty. I guess if you add a volatile image, it's not so bad.
Which ones do you typically use? I think they're all lovely, but I always need Molotov because it's the most epic red EVER. :D
Yeah, if I only do 8 of the colours (+grey), then I'll definitely include a volatile .png so that people can add the colours they're missing :] I feel guilty too, which is why I initially did all the colours..but after retexturing most of the time, I don't even want to recolour because it just takes so long.
